Refund policy

All Sales Are Final-Β Your items were made with care specifically for you as soon as you placed your order thereforeΒ we do not accept returns.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items, requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you may request the same item be shipped to you free of charge or a refund to the original payment method.
  2. Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may request the correct item be shipped to you free of charge or a refund to your original payment method.

Head to our Returns Portal to put in your request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. If your item is proven to be damaged/or incorrect your new item will be shipped within 5 business day. If you choose a refund the total amount of the item will be refunded to the original payment method used. It can take up to 10 business days (sometimes more depending on your financial institution) to reflect on your account.Β
