All Sales Are Final- Your items are made with care specifically for you as soon as you place your order therefore we do not accept returns.
In the case of damaged or incorrect items, requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item:
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you may request the same item be shipped to you free of charge or a refund in the form of store credit.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, you may request the correct item be shipped to you free of charge or a refund in the form of store credit.
Head to our Returns Portal to put in your request. Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be processed. If your item is proven to be damaged/or incorrect your new item will be shipped within 5 business day. If you chose store credit the total amount of the item will be applied to your account immediately.
